Qatar Airways Launches Signature Beverage Menu Curated By Famed Lorenzo Antinori!

Qatar Airways has launched a new signature menu featuring cocktails and mocktails. These have been created by an acclaimed Italian mixologist and bar entrepreneur, Lorenzo Antinori. As revealed by the flag career of Qatar, these are available in all the Qatar Airways First and Business Class services. Here’s all you need to know about the new beverage menu, which features some lip-smacking options.

Lorenzo Antinori is one of the most respected and recognisable faces in the drinks industry globally. And his own creation, Bar Leone in Hong Kong, has been named The World’s Best Bar in 2025. Known for shaping Asia’s cocktail culture, he has created a collection of signature drinks for Qatar Airways.

The New Menu Has Been Concocted By Lorenzo Antinori

The new signature cocktail collection includes four cocktails that are available in both First and Business class. These are as follows:

• The Aviator
  This is a drink made with Hennessy X.X.O/James Hennessy Cognac, Champagne, and orange juice.
• G&Tea
  A drink, which is made with Bombay Sapphire Premier Cru Gin/Botanist Gin, tonic water, and tea of choice.
• Golden Delilah
  The delectable drink is made with Belvedere 10 Vodka/Grey Goose Vodka, Champagne, and apple juice.
• Havana Punch
  The lip-smacking drink is made with Bacardi Añejo Cuatro Rum and mango juice.

In fact, every respective premium cabin also features an additional three cocktails. These are exclusive to the cabin and they are as follows:

For the First Class

• Rising To The Sky
  This drink is made with The Botanist Gin, Champagne, and apple juice.
• Tokyo 75
  This is a Roku Japanese Craft Gin, Champagne, and lemon juice drink.
• Japanese Old Fashioned
  A droolworthy drink made with Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky, Bitters.

For the Business Class

• Italian Highball
  It is made with Martini Extra Dry and tonic water.
• Old Smoke
  This is a lip-smacking drink with Talisker 10 Whisky and Amarula.
• The Carousel
  It is a delectable drink, made with James Hennessey Cognac, mango juice, and ginger ale.

In fact, the 380 in-flight lounge offers all 10 signature cocktails. This signature cocktail selection will be updated on a regular basis so that diverse offerings are available for all cabin classes.
