Dubai has begun celebrations for the national month. Brand Dubai, which is a creative arm of the government’s media office, announced that it is organising National Month celebrations across the emirate. This is in collaboration with government, semi-government, and private sector entities. It should be noted that the programmes are going to run until December 3rd.
National Month Celebrations Begin
The National Month celebrations will include a series of events and activities, which highlight the UAE’s national heritage, identity, and achievements. The celebrations will honour the legacy of the founding father of the UAE. After all, it was their vision which laid the foundations for the nation’s progress. Additionally, it recognises the continued effort of the leadership towards advancing the development of the country. The festivities also offer citizens, residents, and visitors a chance to express their love and loyalty for the UAE.
A Series Of Events And Activities To Take Place
The celebrations reflect national pride and creative expression. This will be done through events and initiatives, which are inspired by the history, identity, and values of the UAE. Not to mention, it also highlights the unity of the society and the aspirations for the future. A series of events and activities marking the fifth Eid Al Etihad of the UAE, which will take place during the national month.
As a result, employees, visitors and the wider community get an opportunity to participate in the celebrations. Brand Dubai is also organising its own initiatives and events, all the while coordinating with the participating entities. The coordinated effort aims to deliver celebrations which reflect the significance of Eid Al Etihad.

Talking about the events, the national month sees the return of the UAE Flag Garden at Umm Suqeim. It kicks off with the raising of the national Flag at 11 AM across the city on the occasion of Flag Day. Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum also posted on X for the occasion. Other confirmed events include the UAE parade, the Stories Of Our Determination, a short film competition, and festivities surrounding Eid Al Etihad.
So, with the events scheduled throughout the month, celebrating the spirit of the UAE, there will certainly be no shortage of things to do at some of the biggest and most prominent landmarks in the city.
