Actor and fitness enthusiast Milind Soman had been in Gujarat for some time and he had shared stunning pictures and videos from the location. Recently, he shared pictures of an authentic Gujarati dish named Umbadiyu that he relished on the highway. Captioning the picture, he wrote, “Roasted seasonal vegetables on the highway, really delicious.”He also stated that most of the Gujarati dishes are very healthy. Umbadiyu is a winter-special Gujarati dish prepared with vegetables and leafy greens.

Milind Urges Fans To Share Names Of Healthiest Local Dishes

Not only did Milind call Umbadiyu healthy, but he also urged his followers to share the names of the healthiest traditional dishes in their states. The actor added that he will try them as soon as possible. Replying to his post, wife Ankita Konwar, who was born in Assam, wrote, “Mati dal and dhekiya horu aloo bhaji.” Another user wrote, “In Odisha -favourite dish is DALMA ..pls try once.” Yet another commented, “Avial from Kerala have it with steamed rice and homemade mango pickle, it’s a deadly combination.”
