To put a spin on that and bring you more delicious Lebanese cuisine, the Independence Brewing Company has come up with a flavourful menu filled with amazing dishes like a classic Tabbouleh, Hummus and Fattoush, Baklava and more.
Their limited edition menu also has some Middle Eastern must-tries like Mfarakeh, a sweet potato dish, served with a delicious and sweet Strawberry Graf. To give you the refreshing touch of the season, their Samak Kebab has yummy hints of mango and lemon. The juicy Moroccan Chicken and Baklava are also highlights that shouldn’t be missed.
