Known as the highest point of the Chotanagpur Plateau, Netarhat is a hill station blanketed with lush forests. Located in Jharkhand’s Latehar distinct, it is home to splendid flora and fauna and also many bobbing waterfalls. Large stretches of Netarhat are dotted with sal, pine, mahua and other trees.

The Hill Station Has India’s Only Wolf Sanctuary

Those who love to enjoy embarking into the wild can visit the Betla National Park in Netarhat, which is home to creatures like sloth beer, leopards, hyena, chital, gaur, langurs and four-horned antilipes. Netahat also houses India’s only wolf sanctuary, the Mahuadandr Wolf Sanctuary.
