On March 8, 2014, Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 travelling from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing with 227 passengers and 12 crew members onboard, mysteriously vanished from the face of the earth. Where did it go? How can an entire plane weighing 80,000 kg disappear, never to be found again? Did it crash in the Indian Ocean or get sucked into the Bermuda triangle? The mystery remains unsolved, up until now. Netflix now opens the Pandora’s box with its new documentary, ‘MH370: The Plane That Disappeared’. 

Netflix To Drop New Documentary On Mysterious Disappearance Of Malaysia Flight 370

Nine years after the mysterious disappearance of Malaysia Airlines Flight 370, Netflix drops a trailer of its most-awaited, limited series documentary, ‘MH370: The Plane That Disappeared’. This three-part series will be launched on March 8, the ninth anniversary of the infamous plane’s mysterious disappearance. The documentary interviews scientists, journalists and family members of the passengers onboard on that unfortunate date. 

The documentary goes on to explore three possible theories that could possibly explain the occurrence. The trailer shows the heartbreaking footage of the family members in 2014, devastated by the disappearance of their loved ones. A child asks her mother, where is her father, but the answer remains unknown to date. One of the talking heads suggests that MH370 is not just an unsolved murder, it could be an act of war.

This Mystery Remains Unsolved To Date

The Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 is the most famous and perplexing missing aircraft case in history. Over the years there have been many theories relaying what could have happened to the plane. The Australian Transport Safety Bureau released a report in 2016 suggesting MH370 possibly crashed into the Indian Ocean. In 2015, Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak confirmed to the media that a wing of a plane washed up on the shore of the East African coast. But people remained sceptical about this.

Well, the mystery continues to linger over nine years. The next of kin hasn’t got any closure yet. This Netflix documentary throws light on the situation.
