The incredibly talented singer Palash Sen can serenade you with melodious songs while serving a lip-smacking dish. He shared that he can cook one dish and is an expert at it on this fun episode of Tere Gully Mein, our Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani. Scroll to learn all about this meaty dish.
Palash Sen Can Phenomenally Cook This Dish
Kamiya was truly taken aback by the yummy South Indian food relished at Savarna Bhavan in Connaught Place. She mentioned that Mumbaikars might be offended upon hearing her praise the unbelievably tasty idlis and sambars of Delhi despite being a true Mumbaikar.
It is okay to state the truth, sometimes! Next, Kamiya asked Palash whether he could cook and he said he did and it was only one dish. “I cook very good mutton!” Palash told us and we were happy to hear that he is always ready to cook up a delicious pot of mutton on special occasions.
He shared that his choice of meat is chicken and fish. Then, he went on to emphasise the fact that people should not consume mutton on a regular basis as it is not good for their health. It is better to eat mutton occasionally. He is right about this although we would love to eat a plate of flavoursome mutton prepared by you, Palash.

What Dish His Mother Makes The Best?
While we were on the topic of cooking food at home, Palash revealed that his mother makes some of the best dosa he has ever eaten. They are better than the ones he enjoys at his favourite restaurants around the world. He talked about how his mother prepares small dosas that are more palatable and easy to handle.
He compared that restaurants serve big portions of dosa but the smaller ones at home are appetising and easy to consume. Above all, a parent preparing tasty food with love is certainly yummier than any food made elsewhere!
