The broadband service will offer seamless coverage globally across all the flight routes of the carrier. Qatar Airways’ super wifi is already powered by this technology.

The Airways Offers Rich Onboard Experience

Inmarsat Aviation’s senior vice president of inflight connectivity, William Huot-Marchand, said that Qatar Airways is the first carrier in North Africa and the Middle East to offer Inmarsat’s GX Aviation.

This technology will now be available on all Qatar Airways aircraft that are equipped with Super Wifi. Vice president of digital solutions for Panasonic Avionics, Andrew Mohr, said that the team is honoured to bring innovation to the cabins of renowned airlines by partnering with Inmarsat and offering the passengers an experience like never before.
