Spread over 18 acres, the barking deer, flying squirrels, and marten have made this space a natural habitat. There is a possibility of spotting them at times. The farm is a haven for birdwatchers. You can spot everything from Magpie, Great Barbet, Red-vented Bulbul, and Himalayan Buzzard to Redstart and Flycatcher here. There are many hiking spots around the cottage. You can also explore the nearby village as well as experience the rich and diverse vegetation of Sikkim through these walks.

What’s more, you can see the Gangtok town in all its glory from the top. Since there is a stream running close to the property, the hosts can arrange for a picnic by the stream or the waterfall upon request. The host can also arrange for a BBQ and bonfire. Sit with your loved one near the bonfire, sing, eat and enjoy watching the stars, gazing at you beautifully.
