Planning A Trip To Myanmar? Here Are The New Visa Guidelines

There have been many changes in the visa guidelines because of Covid-19. But now that the world is open to travel once again, there have been some changes made to the same again. There are many countries who have changed their visa guidelines and Myanmar is the newest one to the list. So if you are planning your next trip to Myanmar, here are the new visa guidelines.

Myanmar’s Tourist Visa Application Guidelines

If you are about to plan your next trip to Myanmar, be it with your family, friends or solo, the country has announced new guidelines will have to be followed for tourist visa applications. All applicants for a Myanmar visa will now be required to submit a complete vaccination certificate, a current colour photo taken within the past three months, as well as a passport that is still valid for at least six months after the date of the visa application. If a person is travelling with children under the age of seven and has them on the same passport, they must include additional information in the minor area of the visa application form, such as the child’s name and birth date.
