The Potbelly restaurant, which is owned and operated by Puja Sahu and her mother, is situated in Chanakyapuri, a neighbourhood in Delhi. Puja curates the menu, while her mother serves as the head chef.

Deep frying, roasting, and steaming are the three main cooking methods used in Bihari cuisine. Potbelly Restaurant makes sure to offer you scrumptious and authentic Bihari dishes.

Walk into the restaurant, and you will be welcomed with a completely sweet and warm vibe. The interiors of the place are designed in a soothing combination of brown and white. The homey feel of the restaurant will surely make you smile brightly. The aesthetics used in the interiors complement each other pretty well.

Authentic Bihari Love Crafted For Everyone

Puja always wanted to come up with a restaurant of her own, and when she did, it was in Delhi. But now the challenge was to name it. She asked her friends to name the restaurant, and just randomly, they said Peeto, which means Potbelly in English. And that is how the name was coined for the restaurant. 

The simple interiors of the place complement the dishes, which have many flavours. Also, while trying out all the authentic dishes, do not miss the Sattu coolers, which are a favourite among the guests here.
