Unlike a regular sightseeing bus where you simply hop on for the views, Sushi Bus is designed like a moving sushi restaurant. The open-top double-decker will have a conveyor belt on the upper deck, allowing passengers to pick their sushi while taking in views of Tokyo.
The sushi will be prepared in a kitchen on the lower deck and then sent upstairs using an onboard elevator before being placed on the conveyor belt. Basically, your sushi comes to you while Tokyo passes by outside.
