Sanjeev Kapoor, the beloved veteran chef, was recently in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. While he was there, he visited Chef Prateek Sadhu’s Naar in Kasauli. He took to his Instagram account and shared the amazing experience he had there.

The legendary chef shared a slew of pictures – most of them of the food he relished there. He also shared a snap of himself and Chef Prateek Sadhu together. In another picture, he is seen with the entire staff of Naar. He, no doubt, had an amazing time there.

Naar is the brainchild of the uber-talented culinary wizard, Chef Prateek Sadhu. He’s from Kashmir and always wanted to return to the mountains. With his Naar, he got the opportunity to do so. Naar is a celebration of the seasonal produce that Himachal has to offer.

In the caption, he said that he got to try a total of 15 dishes. Each dish, he said, was a celebration of skill as well as flavour. He even called the entire experience a “delightful culinary journey.” The restaurant uses local produce and creates gastronomic seasonal delights.

With a menu that changes with the season, patrons of this place are always in for a delightful surprise. And the place now even has the seal of approval from Chef Sanjeev Kapoor.
