Being one of the richest men in Asia, he possesses many expensive properties across the globe, from Dubai to New York. Recently, he sold his luxurious condo in Manhattan for a whopping ₹74.53 crore. According to the latest reports, business tycoon Mukesh Ambani sold his luxurious apartment in New York’s Manhattan for $9 million. His luxurious condo is located on the fourth floor of 400 W. 12th Street. It is also famously known as Superior Ink. 

The apartment is spread across 2,406 square feet and has two bedrooms. Originally, the apartment had three bedrooms, which were later renovated. The apartment offers unreal views of the Hudson River and has about three bathrooms. 

It has noise-proof windows, a lovely chef’s kitchen, 10-foot-high ceilings, and herringbone hardwood floors. The interiors are highly sophisticated, with lavish elements and designs used. 

The building in which this apartment is located was earlier known as the Superior Ink Factory. Its existence dates back to 1919, and the renovated apartments went on sale in 2009.

Went On Sale With Amazing Amenities

The renovated residential apartments where Mukesh Ambani owned one, went on sale in 2009. It offered many enticing amenities. These amenities include a children’s playroom, a concierge, a residential lounge, a yoga and Pilates room, and valet parking.  

Over the years, Superior Ink has welcomed many celebrated and notable residents. Hilary Swank, Nascar’s Jimmie Johnson, and renowned designer Marc Jacobs have all been residents here.

Billionaire Leslie Alexander also graced the building with his presence. The billionaire owned a penthouse here with an investment of $25.46 million. He sold this beautiful penthouse to space tourist Mark Shuttleworth for $31.5 million in 2010.
