Director Neeraj Mehhta created a short film, FOMO which aims to explore the term “Fear Of Missing Out” in its literal sense. An emotion most of us go through in our daily lives, “the fear of missing out” is quite commonly seen among millennials and Gen Z. As social media gives access to everyone’s personal lives 24/7, FOMO has become a part and parcel of our daily lives. We often tend to join the bandwagon whether it comes to travel, food, career, love or lifestyle decisions based on what our peers tend to do or portray on social media.
