The Leela Goa Will Be Rebranded And Transformed Into Luxurious St. Regis Goa

On Saturday, Marriott International announced that it has signed an agreement, rebranding Leela Goa as St. Regis Goa, with Ceres hotel. St. Regis Goa will be commencing operations in October 2022 and the transformations will be in phases. Located in Kuala Lumpur, Ceres Hotels is a subsidiary of Metrod Holdings Berhad, which is listed on the Kuala Lumpur stock exchange.

Marriott International’s Ninth In The State

The supervision, direction and control of the operations will be by Marriott International. Located on Mobor Beach, in South Goa, the hotel is spread across 49 acres. St. Regis Goa will be Marriott International’s ninth in the state. A 60-minute scenic drive through Goa will bring you to it via the Dabolim-Cavelossim road, approximately 28 km from the Goa International Airport.

Function Lawns, Meeting Space, Everything

St. Regis is expected to feature 5 speciality restaurants and 206 rooms, suites and villas. The hotel will feature 1,183 square metres of meeting space, as well as 1,000 square metres of sprawling function lawns overlooking the Mobor beach. Guests can expect multi-purpose venues equipped to accommodate weddings, social gatherings, conferences, and other meetings.

Marriott International’s President, Asia Pacific, Rajeev Menon expressed how delighted they are in working with Ceres Hotels and rebranding Leela Goa.
