A Video Of A Street Vendor Cooking A Unique Maggi Recipe Is Getting Viral!
Food blogger Amar Sirohi who goes by the username @foodie_incarnate has shared a video of a street food stall in Surat. The video is about a vendor preparing loads of Maggi in a huge kadhai with loads of onions, tomatoes, spices, cheese, and a lot more.

As shown in the video, the man starts the cooking process by boiling some Maggi. While the noodles boil, he adds chopped vegetables such as carrots, beans, tomatoes, onions, and lots of spices. He mixes everything well and lets it cook for some time. Then he adds Maggi masala, grated cheese, cream, sauce, and butter. He further cooks it for some time and serves it hot and soupy.

Shared just a few days ago, this video has already garnered more than 1.3 million views with over 38K likes and hundreds of comments. It is quite evident now that all the Netizens love sharing their reviews on these kinds of viral recipe videos. It is not an exception this time too. Many Instagram users are commenting how the name of this preparation should have been “Khichdi Maggi”. Some are even wondering how this dish actually tastes with so much butter, cheese, and cream. Some even pointed out the menu of the street food stall hanging in the background. From Tomato pasta maggi to Jain mayonnaise Maggi, this vendor sells a lot of such unique preparations.
