Method

First, scoop up the avocado while taking care not to break the peel. After all, the avocado peel will be later used as a serving bowl. Next, add the scooped fruit, coconut milk and honey to a blender. Blend it into a smooth, creamy mixture. Then, add the mixture back into the avocado peel. Freeze this for 3 hours or even overnight.

Next, add semi-sweet chocolate chips and vegan whipping cream together in the microwave for 1 minute. After this, whisk it together and keep it in the fridge to cool down. Once your avocado ice cream is chilled and ready, scoop out a bit of the creamy ice cream to make a place for the chocolate seed. Then, scoop up the chocolate mixture to form small balls or seeds.
