Chef Kim Jiyeol, a Korean chef based in India has sparked enthusiasm on the Internet with his inventive Chai Brulee recipe. He posted a short reel of the Chai Brulee recipe on Instagram and added further recipe details in the caption. It’s super easy to make. The chef first packed five cups of tea from a chaiwala. on reaching home he tasted the chai to understand its flavour profile.

Then, the chef whisked together 100g of chai, 60g of cream and 2 egg yolks. Next, he put the mixture in a creme brulee container and baked it in the oven for 40 minutes at 160 degrees celsius. After the creamy dessert was baked to perfection, he left it cool for a while. After which, Chef Kim Jiyeol put it in the freezer for cooling. He finished the dessert by topping it with a teaspoon of sugar and glazing it for a caramelised texture. Voila! Chai Brulee is ready. And it looks simply yum!

He Also Taught The Internet To Make Maggi Fried Rice

Apart from Chai Brulee, Chef Kim Jiyeol also showed netizens how to prepare a delicious bowl of Maggi Fried Rice. giving our good old Maggi a fancy twist, his recipe involves adding eggs, oyster sauce, rice, spring onions, oyster sauce and soy sauce, garlic and butter to Maggi. And his recipe claims that this dish even tastes like biryani. Well, we can’t wait to try it for ourselves and see.
