1,000 Kg Biryani In Hyderabad That You Can’t Miss!

Nestled in Hyderabad’s Sri Vivekananda Nagar, Shantha’s 4am Biryani is the dream spot for all biryani lovers. They serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian variants of biryani. However, they are best known for their Mutton Kushka Biryani. They make it in a 1,000 kg batch and it is loaded with spices and meat. They use around 140 kg of mutton and 150 kg of rice in this biryani. You can choose the vegetarian variant of the Kushka Biryani here as well.

The biryani is prepared in a large vessel and they add their special spices and veggies to make it delicious. It takes at least three to four people to make this 1,000 kg biryani. Once everything is added to the vessel, they add a layer of banana leaves to it. The vessel is then covered and cooked on low flame.
