What Is The Vatika Ramadan Campaign?
When a woman doesn’t feel good about herself, it lowers her self confidence, thereby affecting her mental and physical health and other larger goals. Over the years, Vatika has been successful in harnessing the power of nature to make women look naturally beautiful. And now, Vatika is all set to tap the inner strength of women, helping them feel more confident and in control of their lives.
This Ramadan, Vatika and Content Creator and Youtube star- Haifa Beseisso have joined hands to help women who are determined to be their best. Haifa is a vlogger, an avid traveller, a known YouTube personality, fashion designer and a host. However, despite having everything in order, things went a bit off for her. A few months ago, Haifa was diagnosed with depression. Being a popular influencer, Haifa has always come across as a very happy and positive person. However, behind the camera, she was going through a very hard time.
“Few months ago, I got diagnosed with depression. This might shock many of you, because you’ve all always seen me positive and happy. But backstage, I was going through a very hard time,” said Haifa.
Haifa wanted to heal the natural way and decided not to go on any medication. As a first step, she signed up with a gym and worked on her body. She then signed up with experts who helped her improve her mind and also realize her dreams. This helped her stay focused and changed her life for the good.

The campaign will pick six winners, two each under mind, body and dreams. The initiative aims to help women improve in a natural way or rather the ‘Vatika’ way.

As part of this initiative, the winner will benefit from advice and one-on-one sessions with experts from each category. Two winners from the ‘mind’ category will be guided by a coach who will help you improve your way of thinking, and achieve your goals.
As for the body, two winners under this category will be put in touch with an expert nutritionist and a personal trainer who will help you achieve your goals.
