The one vegetable that our moms have force-fed us is bhindi! Also known as okra. Though most of us never liked eating it, this vegetable is nutritious and healthy. Many times the sabzi is way too sticky for our liking (one of the reasons to slide bhindi off the table!). Well, not to worry, cause this Twitter user has the perfect hack to cook bhindi without making it sticky. Take a look!

How To Get Bhindi Right?

A Twitter user, @BhatiaChandrima, has posted a picture of mouth-watering bhindi sabzi with a caption that many of us were waiting for. How to avoid cooking slimy bhindi sabzi! Wanna know? Well, here’s the trick. Firstly, keep the flame high in the beginning. Secondly, cook the sabzi without a lid. And thirdly, do not add salt in the beginning. Adding salt makes the bhindi sabzi slimy and that is why we need to cook it completely and then add (salt) in the end.
