BTS has officially kicked off the international leg of their Arirang tour, with Tokyo as their first stop! Before taking the stage, the boys did what they love most, besides making amazing music–they enjoyed a delicious meal. RM, Jin, J-Hope, and V visited the famous WM by WagyuMafia in Tokyo, where they indulged in a variety of meaty dishes and desserts while having a great time.
BTS Enjoys A Delicious Meal At WM BY WAGYUMAFIA, Tokyo
If you’re a fan of BTS, you know that the members love their food as much as they love music! Wherever they go, they make sure to check out the good restaurants in the city and have some good time there. Now, before hitting the stage, BTS members RM, Jin, J-Hope, and V visited WM by WagyuMafia, a high end restaurant in Tokyo and indulged in a hearty meal.
Part of the globally known Wagyumafia brand, founded by Chef Hisato Hamada, WM by WagyuMafia is an exclusive, high-end restaurant renowned for its meat-centric dishes, made using some of the finest cuts available. What truly sets it apart is its blend of premium ingredients with a lively, almost club-like atmosphere. In March, the restaurant even hosted Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny, so you know just how famous it really is!

What Was On The Menu?
Located in Akasaka, WM by WagyuMafia is known for its intimate, interactive setup, where chefs prepare dishes right in front of guests, turning each meal into a performance. While the menu typically revolves around wagyu in multiple forms, the Tokyo restaurant curated a special spread for BTS, featuring some of its most popular dishes.
The menu included items like BBQ Edamame, Tartare Tostada, Gyoza, Cutlet Sando, Oyster Shot, Steak to the Mouth, Flower Cask, and Sakura Gelato. What truly stood out, however, was the Wasabi Challenge that the BTS members took on. The four members had to eat a big dollop of wasabi, and if you know how intense its flavour is, you can imagine just how daring that challenge must have been!
