Food delivery firm, Zomato recently made an announcement of discontinuing its pro-membership subscriptions for the application users. The company put an end to ‘Zomato Pro’ and ‘Zomato Pro Plus’ programmes. The food delivery application initiated these memberships in 2020 and in just 2 years, they discontinued this members-only program. Customers Are Raising Queries On This Discontinuation
The food delivery application now assured the news on the verified Twitter account as a customer enquired about it. Customers are confused with the new changes and they have a lot of questions regarding this. Some are concerned about the payment that they already made for Zomato pro plus.
