Vir Das Is Obsessed With His 4-In-1 Steel Thali; Says, “You Decide When Your Food Items Touch”

We all have our dedicated utensils and cutlery that we prefer to have every single meal in. Whether it’s a trusty steel coffee mug or a beloved stainless steel thali, there’s nothing like devouring a meal served in our favourite utensil. Guess what? Even Emmy-winner Vir Das has a favourite utensil. And that’s a stainless steel thali. In fact, he is obsessed with it!

Vir Das Can’t Imagine His Meals Without His Favourite Steel Thali

Vir Das recently took to Instagram to share a picture of a utensil he is obsessed with. And every desi could relate to it big time. The picture was of a 4-in-1 stainless steel thali filled with an omelette and two slices of bread. The dishes were placed in the four different partitions of the plate. A small dollop of ketchup is seen near the omelette. The Delhi Belly actor stated in the post that he is obsessed with this thali. Moreover, he revealed that he loved eating different cuisines on his favourite plate. Be it Italian, sushi, breakfast or Indian, every cuisine is devoured on this beloved plate.

The overlay text read, “You decide when your food items touch.” He also mentions that he was out of ketchup. That explains the tiny drop of ketchup sitting near the freshly prepared omelette. This is not the first time Vir Das expressed his love for the desi utensil. In 2021, he shared a picture of this plate and termed it an OCD confession. He revealed it travels the world with him. It fits nicely at check-in, is easy to wash instead of eating in multiple dishes and works for all cuisines, stated his X post.
