Since then, he has been featured in movies, TV serials and more. On this episode of The Bombay Journey X Sunday Brunch, he and his Jee Karda co-stars, Tamannaah Bhatia and Suhail Nayyar, joined us. Aashim Gulati Thinks Strong Mind And Body Connection Is Required To Follow Any Diet

The entire gang of Jee Karda along with Mashable India’s Siddharth Aalambayan and Curly Tales’s Editor-in-Chief, Kamiya Jani enjoyed a great Parsi food spread at SodaBottleOpenerWala. Everyone was so engrossed in devouring yummy Berry Pulao, Vada Pav and more that Tamannaah Bhatia mentioned that they might be the only actors who were more interested in eating than answering questions. Everyone laughed about it and Kamiya asked about their respective diet plans.

Tamannaah was the first one to answer and she told us that she doesn’t follow “crash dieting” as it doesn’t suit her. Crash dieting refers to changing your diet plans rapidly to lose weight in a short span of time. So she steers away from it because it doesn’t suit her. She also clarified that it is not just what you eat but also the mental and emotional state of a person which must be considered. People don’t actually consider the last two aspects when they are dieting.

Aashim Gulati was very engrossed in his food yet he agreed to what she had to say about diet and body changes. So he took a pause from taking his next spoonful of Berry Pulao and said, “Mind and body connection is very strong”. Then he went back to the delish food items in front of him at SodaBottleOpenerWala.

Upon questioning about his travel plans and preferred destinations, he told us that he loves to travel to places with beaches and water bodies. He said, “I am a water baby!” and mostly his travel plans are made with places that surround seas and oceans because, in a way, it calms him to be near them. He also told us that he loves to dive whenever he gets a chance but alas, he can’t do so at the Juhu Beach in Mumbai. Mumbaikars know the reason behind this.
