Anupam and Neena, along with our Editor-in-Chief Kamiya Jani, indulged in some fun stories, games, and conversations over a delicious spread of Kashmiri and South Indian dishes. Anupam Kher And Neena Gupta Translate Slangs
Anupam Kher and Neena Gupta are two Bollywood actors who have kept up with the times. The two legendary actors shared stories from their generations with our Editor-in-chief, Kamiya Jani. She decided to play a fun game with the two where they had to translate the millennial slang.
The first one was LMAO (Laughing My Ass Out). To this, Anupam said that he cannot answer this on the show. He said that there was one same word used for all of it which he would tell her afterwards. The next was FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) and pat came Anupam’s answer, “Fatt ke haath me aa gayi hai.” Neena said, “We were much ahead of them.” They translated YOLO (You Live Only Once) as “Ek hi zindagi hai dost, kar le jo karna hai.”
A Journey Not So Easy
There is no lasting success story in this that has a consistent graph. Every successful person has seen both ups and downs throughout the journey. Both Anupam Kher and Neena Gupta came from a non-filmy background. Both have had their fair share of difficulties and setbacks. The two shared these stories with Kamiya and left us inspired.
