True to its name, the Burj Khalifa dosa is a tower that can be eaten. The dosa is six to eight centimeters long and can be shared by two people. The stuffing includes a spicy spinach gravy, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, mayo, cheese, and paneer. The filling is seasoned with some chef’s secret spices. The dosa is priced at AED 27.
