What’s Dryan Cooking?

To make pannakam, the first step is to dissolve jaggery in water to create a sweet syrup. Then, lemon juice is added to the syrup, which gives the drink a tangy flavour. To enhance the taste and aroma of the drink, a blend of spices is added, including ginger, cardamom, and black pepper. The mixture is then stirred well to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
