China is known to make crazy inventions. After inventing traffic signals specifically for camels, the country now has a bridge that’s too unreal to look real. Yep, a bridge in the Zhejiang province of China is taking the internet by storm with wacky architecture and design. Read on to know more about it.

The Ruyi Bridge Is Famously Known As The Bending Bridge Because Of Its Structure

The Ruyi glass bridge is 140 meters above the ground and is famously known as the bending bridge because of its structure. It was unveiled back in 2017 but was opened to the locals in 2020. The crazy design and unique stature is throwing people off massively. And since its launch, the bridge has been a big hit not only amongst the locals but also for the tourists who visit the country.

The Bridge Was Opened Back In 2020 And The Pictures Have Now Gone Viral On Social Media

As per reports, the total length of the bridge is 100 meters and a vertical height of more than 140 meters, and it crosses the east and west canyons of Shenxianju. Despite opening back in 2020, the pics of the bridge have now gone on social media.

Reports in the Mirror UK also state that several people taken by surprise after witnessing the sight of this majestic bridge. On social media, some thought this to be computer imagery, while others thought it was too crazy to be true.

In fact, in November 2020, a Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield posted a video of the Ruyi bridge. Many netizens took commented on the video saying, that it cannot be real. Well, by the looks of it, this bridge does look surreal.
