The video is of blue cloud bread and has almost 700k likes and 12 million+ views. The video shows the recipe for the bread by whisking the egg whites with the hand blender. Sugar is the second ingredient, along with cornstarch. All is blended in a bowl. The batter is then transferred to a parchment-lined baking tray, spread out evenly, and baked till it is golden on the outside. The reason it is called cloud bread is that it turns out like a fluffy cloud and tears up like a cushion.
