Michael’s is a popular seafood and steak restaurant in Dublin, with a soon-to-open branch in Blackrock. For staff recruitment for this new branch, they posted a job advertisement on Instagram. Now, what’s so special about this? Well, the ad is no regular one but has a hilarious yet true representation of work life. The ad starts with a bold statement “Hate Your Colleagues?”. It is followed by questions like “do you feel like snarling” and “do they drive you mad?”. Also, they welcome you to come and hate a new set of colleagues with them. Moreover, they promise that though no “dickheads” are allowed, they certainly love the personality and will let you be yourself.

The ad further states that even if you don’t know anything about wines and silver service, they will train you in everything. and, to apply for the job without any hesitation.
