India is hosting the G20 Summit this year and Go First is the airline that got the great opportunity to operate as the official charter career for this year’s summit. The airline will be operating special charter flights for this summit hosted by India. The country is all set to host the 18th G20 Heads of State and Government Summit in India’s capital, New Delhi. It is surely a wonderful opportunity for the airline to operate charter flights for such an eminent meeting. Mr. Kaushik Khona is the Chief Executive Officer of GO FIRST and he talked about they are so proud for being associated with such an esteemed event taking place in New Delhi. He shared, “It is a matter of great pride for us, that GO FIRST has been chosen to operate charter flights for the G20 summit.” They are honoured to be chosen as the airline to serve the nation and the government.

The G20 Summit is beginning on 9 September 2023 at 3:30  PM and will continue till 10 September 2023 at 8:30  PM. The motto of the international meeting in 2023 is “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”, also known as “One Earth, One Family, One Future”. This comes under the presidency of India. At the G20 summit this year, the Group of 20 includes a total of 19 countries from all around the world and the European Union. These countries and the European Union comprise about 85% of the global GDP. Not only these countries and the members of the summit but the mega meeting will also be attended by many guest countries and international organisations.

  • The international meeting will be hosted at Pragati Maidan in India, starting on Friday.
  • Some of the issues and priorities to be discussed this year are environmental changes, global warming, and sustainable development.
