In his post, Freddy Birdy (@freddy_birdy) shares the moment when he first bit into an AKU’S burger, a few years ago when he just started writing on Instagram. Calling it “the most lovely new thing then”, the writer found the name to be quite unusual sounding — AKU’S. That’s because usually, burgers tend to have Americanised names like Bob or Bill’s.

The “supremely delicious” burger stayed with him. He continues narrating his story where Freddy Birdy later discovered that the burger joint’s name, AKU’S is actually the owner, Akriti Malhotra’s nickname, Aku. What started as a small homely burger joint delivering burgers and happiness to the homes of people in Defence Colony, now has a flagship store in the Priya Cinema Complex in Vasant Vihar.

Burgers That Taste Of Love
The writer ponders that what makes AKU’S burgers delicious in his opinion could be the handmade buns from Milk Patisserie; the fresh, juicy and sloppy flavours and textures which leave one wanting to share the moment with just their closest ones.
