Ice Cream Dosa: A New Food Trend
The Internet informs us about new excellent and bizarre food trends in the market. In a similar fashion, a Twitter user named @byomkeshbakshy shared a clip of the most bizarre dosa in the market— the Ice Cream Dosa. The video features a street vendor in Gujarat making dosa with ice cream in it.
The vendor in the video first normally spreads the dosa batter on a hot tawa and sprinkles some ghee on it. As the dosa was cooking slowly on the tawa, he opened a vanilla ice cream cup and spread the vanilla ice cream on the dosa. He then shifted the left scoop onto the serving dish with a banana leaf. He repeated the same steps with strawberry and chocolate ice cream cups. Then he spread jam and candied fruits on the dosa and rolled it like a normal dosa.
He garnished the dish by topping it with some chocolate sauce and colourful sprinkles, with the three scoops of ice cream on the side.

Weird Experimentations By Street Vendors
The video featuring this dosa went viral on the internet in no time. So far, the video has received approximately 692.9K views. Twitter user @byomkeshbakshy captioned the video as how South Indian dosa must befriend ice cream in order to survive in Gujarat.
There were many comments from Netizens who were shocked to see this latest food trend. Many people commented that such experimentation with the most loved and simple dish should be declared a crime. Some people failed to understand the reason behind such innovations by street vendors.
