Jakhoo Temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman is situated in Shimla’s highest point, Jakhoo Hill. Nalco Temple in Damanjodi, Odisha features a Lord Hanuman statue that stands at a glorious height of 108.9 feet. This divine statue can be spotted from anywhere in Damanjodi town. “Sankat Mochan” means the one who eradicates pain, sorrow and suffering. The 108-feet tall Sankat Mochan Hanuman in Delhi’s Karol Bagh is one of the most famous statues in India.
