  • Ice cream, a beloved indulgence, underwent a metamorphosis towards health-consciousness in 2023. With 75% of experts noting a rising demand for dairy-free and vegan options, cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Chennai witnessed a surge in the popularity of guilt-free treats. There has also been a surge in demand for dairy-free and vegan options in the frozen dessert category. 
  • Amid global health concerns, consumers in 2023 prioritised immunity and functional health-boosting beverages. A notable 56% of experts acknowledged their popularity. From herbal teas to probiotic-rich kombuchas, consumers are gravitating towards beverages infused with vitamins, antioxidants, and immune-boosting ingredients.
