1. Fateh Ki Kachori

Fateh Ki Kachori is a legendary food stall that is in Jaisalmer for about 40-45 years. It is still a small regular kind of food stall serving luscious kachoris, Mirchi Vada, bread fritters, etc. It is a very simple preparation but because of the balance of flavors present in every item, Fateh Ki Kachori is an iconic food joint.

2. Mohit Pakwan Bhandar

Various stalls in Jaisalmer serve this authentic Sindhi dish called Dal Pakwan. Mohit Pakwan Bhandar is a 15-year-old food stall. The Pakwan is made up of finely grounded wheat flour that is served with piping hot flavorful chana dal. Mohit Pakwan Bhandar top this Dal Pakwan with tomatoes, onions, green chilis, and some raw spices. Mohit Pakwan Bhandar is apparently very famous because they were the ones who had a stall of Dal Pakwan at Sonam Kapoor’s wedding.

3. The Trio

You’re in Rajasthan so it is mandatory to try some authentic Rajasthani food. The Trio is one of the best restaurants in Jaisalmer. The food served here is absolutely luscious, they have standard cuisines as well as some Rajasthani delicacies like Ker Sangri, Dal Baati, Gatte ka Saag, Laal Maas, and a lot more.
