Brands surround us! From the moment we wake up to the moment we go to sleep, we are surrounded by brands. However, there are some brands we are obsessed with and have self-proclaimed these desi products as our country’s brand without knowing their story. Never gave that a thought? No worries! Here are some popular desi products which aren’t owned by India.

1. Maggi

You can’t avoid mentioning Maggi and Indians whenever you speak of two inseparable things. That’s exactly what it is! Maggi is a part of every Indian childhood and household. But this, ‘very close to your heart’ brand is also not Indian. It is owned by a Swiss company, Nestle.
