The main components of this dining experience will be artistic cooking, familial sharing, and friendly hospitality. A seasoned culinary master from India and an Australian Michelin-starred chef from Lebanon will use food and ethnicity as their platform to tell stories of rich cultural history while introducing new and energising Mediterranean flavours to traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. They have skillfully created a four-course menu that showcases their talent in blending flavours into a harmonic symphony.

A wide selection of delectable foods that showcase a fusion of creativity and tradition are in store for guests. Every meal will be a feast of flavour and culinary artistry, from palate-teasing treats like marinated kalamata olives to Chef Malouf’s contemporary mezza masterpieces, including velvety hummus with morel-shallot dressing.

Savour a delectable array of main course delicacies, such as the well-known B’stilla from Morocco and the Turkish Adana Kebab from Raia, which are packed with unique flavours and textures. Finally, a selection of rich desserts completes the culinary experience, leaving a lasting sweetness on the tongue.
