An Ivory Palace Named Nawab

More Minimal, More Impact

Nawaz had never really planned to build a house. Someone just showed him a plot and he decided to build a house. Nawaz is an alumnus of the National School of Drama and had also learnt architecture and aesthetics from the same place. So he thought about how the place should be designed and executed the same. The only idea he had in his mind is minimal things have more impact.

Old World Charm

The house is purely pained white on the outside, giving white house vibes in Mumbai. The inside of the house is very simple with minimalist furniture and decor. The lounging area gives old world charm which feels beautiful. He has strictly used only three colours in the house- wooden, white and sky blue.
