Music fans listen up! A famous US band is coming to Abu Dhabi this September and we’re already grooving. Red Hot Chili Peppers, the favourite Rock Superstars are all set to take stage this September, during the UFC 242 Abu Dhabi Showdown Week.

US band Red Hot Chili Peppers have confirmed a gig at the UFC 242 Abu Dhabi Showdown Week. The grand mela is scheduled to take place at Abu Dhabi’s new multipurpose arena built on Yas island.
Ali Hassan Al Shaiba, acting executive director of tourism and marketing at DCT Abu Dhabi, said: “The Red Hot Chili Peppers’ concert elevates the entire Abu Dhabi Showdown Week proposition and ensures our week-long programme will appeal to as many fans as possible.”
Tickets for the concert will go on sale in a few days and are priced at AED 250 for general admission and AED 995 for Platinum tickets.

From Westlife to Eminem, here’s the list of artists performing in UAE this year!
1. Westlife
Westlife will take the stage at the grand Coca-Coal Arena on 29 August. Tickets will be on sale from 30 April, 11:00 am onwards. The band will be in Dubai on 29 August, as part of their 20th Anniversary tour. You can book your tickets from 11:00 am onwards, 30 April. And this is not the first time Westlife is coming to town.
The band wowed their fans in 2011 with their splendid performance at Jebel Ali. The Irish pop vocal group made their debut with the single Swear It Again. After this, the band had a series of hits including What Makes A Man, World of Our Own and Flying Without Wings.

2. Eminem
Eminem fans, it’s time to rejoice! The legendary rapper is performing a gig at Yas Island, Abu Dhabi on 25 October. His last show in Dubai was in 2012, at the Du Arena, during the grand closure of theFormula 1 weekend.
The premiere or the Tree House tickets, are priced at AED 1,495, providing seats close to the stage. In addition, guests can also enjoy bar service.

3. Mica Paris
British singer will stir our souls as she croons the tunes of Aretha Franklin. The tribute concert is scheduled to happen on November 14 at the Dubai Opera. This will be the Brti singer’s second innings in Dubai- the first one being the tribute concert to Ella Fitzgerald “Mica Sings Ella” in 2017. Tickets are on sale now and starts from AED 150 onwards.

4. Travis Scott
The American hip hop star is all set to perform a jig at the After-Race concert at Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The concert is scheduled for 29 November, at Du Arena. His most-loved album ‘Astroworld’ brought him global name and fame. Travis is no stranger to Abu Dhabi and has previously performed at the Yasalam Beats on the Beach concert in 2016. This time around, Scott fans can expect hit numbers like Sicko Mode’, ‘Antidote’ and ‘Yosemite’. Tickets are currently on sale and start from AED 195.
