Ingredients & Recipe

Ingredients
Butter (3-4 tbsp)
Jeera (1 tbsp)
Diced onion (1/2)
Diced capsicum (1/4)
Tomatoes (2)
Boiled potatoes (2)
Boiled peas (3/4 cup)
Red chili paste (1/4 cup)
Garlic chutney (1/4 cup)
Pav bhaji masala (2 tbsp)
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander leaves
Water (3/4 cup)

Here’s How To Prepare This 

First, melt some butter on the pan and add the necessary ingredients like cumin seeds, diced onions, capsicums and tomato. Mix well until the vegetables become a little mushy. Then add some mashed potatoes and boiled peas. Pour some water and gently crush the ingredients to make it a smooth paste.

Set aside the Bhaji for awhile. And get onto making the red chilli paste to give some extra flavour and taste to the bhaji. To make this paste Shiv Sagar uses their 2 secret ingredients like the garlic chutney and red chutney, which is their secret recipe. Mix the red chilli paste and the bhaji. Gently crush it and mix it well to form a smooth gravy. Top it up with some coriander leaves & that’s how your Shiv Sagar style Pav Bhaji is ready.
