Tahlia Street is busy at pretty much any hour, and FoodSphere is giving Riyadh another reason to head there after dark. Its rotating food festival, International Flavours, runs until Monday, November 30, with free entry and a line-up of cuisines that changes every few days.
How The Festival Works
International Flavours takes over the large outdoor area at FoodSphere and brings in cuisines from around the world. Because the line-up rotates every few days, a second visit means a different set of dishes. There’s outdoor seating and activities for all ages, so it suits a group of friends as easily as a family evening.
Days And Timings
The festival runs Wednesday to Saturday, with timings listed as 4pm to 1am.
Check The Line-Up First
Since the cuisines change every few days, it’s worth looking at FoodSphere’s social channels for the current line-up before you go. The festival was shared by Riyadh Oases, the network behind FoodSphere.
Beyond The Food
FoodSphere covers 11,000 square metres and has three indoor zones: a coffee and date library, a Biosphere with a Butterfly dome, and a traditional beekeeping area. Entry to FoodSphere is free, but the Biosphere zone needs a separate SAR75 ticket.
Workshops And Activities
Between bites, you can sign up for creative sessions such as mosaic art, canvas bag art, beeswax candles and make-your-own soap, plus baking workshops for kids. There’s also a gift shop with themed notebooks, bags and mugs if you want a souvenir.
Where FoodSphere Fits In
FoodSphere is part of the Riyadh Oases network, and it opened in February 2025 as the first phase of Riyadh Municipality’s Oasis activation programme. It was designed as a place that celebrates Saudi food heritage, which is why a festival of global cuisines makes a natural addition.

How To Get There
FoodSphere is at 6871 Prince Muhammad Bin Abdulaziz Road, RHSA4522, on Tahlia Street.
Plan Around The Days
The festival runs only from Wednesday to Saturday, so plan your visit around those days rather than turning up on a Sunday or Monday.
Is It Worth The Trip?
If you’re after an easy evening with plenty of options, yes. Free entry, a late closing time and food that keeps changing make it an easy one to repeat. Go once for the cuisines, go again for the workshops, and save the Biosphere for when you’ve got a bit more time to explore. Workshop timings aren’t in the announcement, so check the booking details on the Riyadh Oases website if you’d like to plan around one.
