Survey: 64% Of Indians To Holiday Domestically Post-Covid; Ladakh Tops The List

In a recent survey conducted by Thomas Cook (India) Ltd & SOTC Travel Ltd, it was found that domestic tourism is set to take centre stage as about 64% of respondents said that would love to travel in India once the lockdown is lifted. I’m a dreamer and I have to say that I dream of better days where I can pack my bags and travel to wherever I want, without worrying about catching a contagious virus and giving it to everyone I meet. In a recent survey conducted by Thomas Cook (India) Ltd & SOTC Travel Ltd over 2500 consumers in metroes as well as Tier 1 & 2 cities, across age groups, it was found that domestic tourism is about to get a big boost & Ladakh was the number 1 travel destination chosen by maximum respondents.
