Have you wondered what’s the secret behind the amazing fitness of the current India cricket team captain? In a recent Ask Me Anything session on Instagram, Virat Kohli has revealed his diet plan and what he eats daily. The 32-year old cricketer stated that he eats lots of vegetables, eggs, dal, quinoa and lots of spinach. The cricketer revealed that he consumes lots of simply cooked Indian food and Chinese too. He added that he loves dosas as well.

Virat Kohli Eats Lots Of Vegetables And Simply Cooked Indian Food

Virat Kohli revealed how his diet looks like and stated that he eats “Lot of vegetables, some eggs, 2 cups of coffee, dal, quinoa, lots of spinach, love dosas too… But all in controlled quantities.” Someone also asked Kohli, “What do you eat in a day?” Kohli replied, “Lot of Indian food simply cooked and sometimes Chinese too. Almonds, protein bar, fruits.”  Virat Kohli had earlier expressed his love for Rajma Chawal, a dish that has remained constant for him for years.

Kohli Has A Love For Mushroom Dumplings, Dim Sums And Salads

Chief Travelling Officer of Curly Tales, Kamiya Jani had met Virat Kohli for a Sunday Brunch where they had a lovely conversation over a delicious meal of dumplings and salad. ”My favourite is Mushroom Dumplings, I like dim sums and salads”, Kohli had quoted to Curly Tales. Another dish that Virat Kohli frequently eats is Superfood Salad. The Superfood Salad is a light meal. Being a vegetarian Virat Kohli prefers eating this salad as it’s a balanced dish full of nutrition.
