But what is making this sustainable? Well for starters, the site will not use any plastic throughout Ramadan. All water offered will be filtered at the resort’s bottling facility. The menu’s ingredients will be sourced locally to a degree of about 60%. The entire garden structure has also been planned to ensure low wastage.
The environmentally friendly garden, which offers views of the Burj Al Arab, will be available for iftar and suhoor seven days a week.
In an effort to promote good change in the hospitality industry, the Jumeirah Group joined the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance in January.

The entire garden structure has also been planned to ensure low environmental impact. One of the unique private majlis that is offered can be reserved by those seeking more seclusion with their loved ones. Each majlis features personalized table service, cooling Ramadan juices, and stunning views of the recognisable Burj Al Arab. The hotel’s comfortable yet classy ambience is perfect for larger group meetings of 20 or more. Special group pricing starts at AED200 ($54.45).
