Dubai has been ranked fourth among the top five places in the world to buy a vacation house. The research analyses the world’s top 50 cities’ average property values, crime scores, monthly cost of living for a family of four, restaurants per 10,000 inhabitants, average temperature, and average rainfall. In Dubai, the average price per square metre for a holiday home is £2,877. Which is less expensive than popular vacation destinations like Venice (Italy), Jerusalem (Israel), Los Angeles (USA), San Francisco (USA), New York City (USA), Marbella (Spain), Lisbon (Portugal), Palma de Mallorca (Spain), Dubrovnik (Croatia), Galway (Ireland), and Rome (Italy).

UAE Happens To Be The Second Safest Country In The World

The United Arab Emirates not only offers the highest safety but also the best lifestyle in the world. Residents will also have access to world-class amenities and infrastructure. The UAE was also named the world’s second safest country by Global Finance magazine. Abu Dhabi came in third place for the greatest spot to buy a vacation house. Abu Dhabi was placed fifteenth for the year 2021, further down the list. The capital of the United Arab Emirates has been commended for attracting foreign talent. It came in top place in the subcategory of foreign-born residents. It jumped 90 places to sixteenth position in the educational achievement rankings.
