The adventure camps that are being organised at Al Shindagha Museum are happening under the theme ‘A Journey From The Land To Sea’. According to a report by Dubai Media Office, this is happening for two weeks, the first one is from July 17-21, and the second is from July 24-28. It should be noted that the programmes here include a variety of educational and cultural workshops and activities that will be related to the local marine and desert environments. Yes, during the summer camp, children will get to dive into the adventurous heritage-rooted journey of Dubai residents by learning about pearl diving and extraction methods.
Not to mention, they will also learn about the local marine environment and the traditional professions and crafts of the people who worked on the coast. As it happens, children will also get to interact with camels and get to know more about falcons.

What About The Summer Camp At Etihad Museum?

The adventure camp that is being hosted at Etihad Museum will be organised for two weeks as well. The first one will be from July 10-14 and the second one will be from July 17-21. This educational camp will be a great destination to have children develop their intellectual skills and their ability for assuming responsibility and building social relationships. During the camp, they will be taught about the storied history of the UAE’s union and the most prominent events seen between 1968 and 1972.
Additionally, they will also be taught about the founding fathers! As children will get to travel back in time to the year 1968, they will be able to explore the geography of the seven images from the past to the present, with interactive and engaging tasks.
