‘Yaar tera superstar desi kalakaar…’ We caught you singing along, right? This is the tremendous impact singer and rapper, Yo Yo Honey Singh has on the masses! For this episode of Tere Gully Mein, he joined our anchor, Arohi Thatte to explore the great food options at 7 Bungalows in Andheri. We had the perfect opportunity to introduce this Delhi wala launda to Mumbai street food and boy did he love it! While on the topic of food, we learned about his favourite cuisines. Honey Singh Shared His Love For These Cuisines & Food Dishes

It was time to enjoy some delicious varieties of misal at Thorat’s Baarbeque Misal in Mumbai. Arohi introduced him to four different kinds of misal and both of them indulged in the goodness of flavour! After taking a few bites, Arohi asked him which cuisine he liked more – South Indian or North Indian. Like a true foodie, he revealed “Dono barabar.”

Then Honey also told us he really enjoys South Indian cuisine. He talked about how 10 to 12 years ago he used to visit Sarvana Bhavan in Delhi to eat authentic South Indian food. Next, he shared that he loves to gorge on yummy food from Lebanese and Arabic cuisines as well. Particularly because most of the dishes are grilled, he finds them healthy as well as yummy.

Seems like he is an absolute foodie and had more favourite cuisines to add to his list of favourites. He shared that he also enjoys barbeque items from Mughlai food, tandoori chicken, lamb chops, lamb meshwi, and more.

When we hit the topic of cooking, Honey told us that he cooks great Portuguese chicken. Arohi got interested in this dish and inquired more about the recipe. To our surprise, he did not want to share his magical tips and tricks with us!

Better yet, he offered an alternative and invited Arohi to fly to Delhi to taste his delicious Portuguese chicken. He even suggested that we film it as an episode at his place in Delhi and she was overjoyed upon hearing this.
